Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it
  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Items marked as non-returnable, final sale, or customized are not eligible for return

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions. You are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected]. Include clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or return at no extra cost to you.

Refunds
we accept only Cash on Delivery.
